I had a very enjoyable stay and would like to thank the polite and respectful hotel manager, the courteous reception staff except one, the restaurant manager Mr Mohamed, the diligent waiter Walid, and on the beach Mr Aybou and Ahmed from housekeeping, as well as all the other friendly workers; we’ll return next year. On the downside, every staff member was excellent except one receptionist who treated us with rudeness, disrespect, and condescension; as a senior lady he looked down on my son and husband, denied our booking requests, and we almost called the tourism police—though I won’t name him out of respect for the hotel manager Mr Mohamed, a first‑class tourism gentleman who calmed our anger, gave us a suitable and beautiful room that was more expensive than our reservation but didn’t charge the difference, and I truly appreciate it; we’ll come back next year and if we encounter the same receptionist again, I’ll name him and file a complaint with the tourism police.
