“A cozy place with kind staff and a convenient location.”
I spent seven days at Lartista Hostel, which was clean, cozy, and very aesthetic; I liked the bath towel, flat sheet, dental kit, air‑conditioned room, excellent Wi‑Fi, lockers, shoe rack, water dispenser, and the well‑maintained comfort rooms with tissue, hand soap, and hand towels. The only major issue was the check‑in on day one: after trying SMS, Viber, and WhatsApp with no reply, I found the gate closed with a sign saying they’d open at 2 PM, and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, so I had to book another place and spent an extra ₱700; I later learned the hostel phone had been stolen, explaining the lack of communication. Besides the broken locks on two of the six comfort rooms and that first‑day check‑in problem, everything else was great, so I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
