The rooms were neat, good, and clean. The website advertised a golf and spa resort, but there is no golf course. The restaurant and bar were closed, so I couldn’t eat or drink anything in the evenings. Breakfast was very limited and of poor quality. I wrote a letter with all my comments to the hotel, and after two weeks I still received no reply.

The Utopia restaurant is top‑class with courteous and helpful staff, and the Suite offers a panoramic view plus all the comforts you could ask for. On the downside, the Spa service is under renovation, the breakfast quality has dropped compared to our previous two visits, and the Suite’s bathroom feels a bit small relative to the rest of the room.

Breakfast was truly outstanding, and the garden with the dancing fountain was a definite highlight worth seeing. The kitchen staff were very courteous and gave good recommendations. However, the room had issues: the door‑key card didn’t work, the air‑conditioning couldn’t be adjusted (they said only the reception could set it, and I could only turn it on or off, which was absurd), and no one asked if I wanted a new room. In a 5‑star luxury resort, such problems should not occur. I also found the pool poorly maintained.
