The place was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was huge, and the house and grounds were gorgeous. Nothing to complain about.

The comfort, the view, and the decor were great, but the restaurant was a bit far and the road was unlit, making access a bit tricky after dark.

The property was lovely, though it was far from the highway. We couldn't get any food; we ordered a local pizza that arrived after 1.5 hours.

The house was tastefully decorated and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious.

We only stayed one night because we were at the Festival Berlioz in nearby La Cote St André, and La Maison du Grand Bossieu was perfect for us—a beautiful, spotless, and quiet house. Our downstairs room had its own terrace overlooking the not-too-close swimming pool with a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable, the shower great, the breakfast excellent, and the host was friendly. If we return to the festival, we’ll definitely book again. I can’t think of any real drawbacks, maybe a small shelf in the shower would be nice, but that’s a nit‑pick.
