The location was good, the rooms were tidy and cleaned daily, so overall it was a solid experience; the only downside was that you have to use the lift, and the stairs to the fourth floor felt quite uncomfortable and risky. Nikhel and Rizwan were very courteous, but Lore was rude and uncooperative.
