The hotel staff were welcoming and very friendly, the pool was nice, and the restaurant was good. The bathroom was a bit too small, especially the shower which was very narrow.

The grounds were lovely, the breakfast truly spectacular, and the pool was big, beautiful, and well‑kept. There wasn’t much to complain about.

The location was great—just a 5‑minute drive to San Gimignano—and the hotel offered a shuttle, which is handy if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was very good, and over 6 nights the menu was varied and good value. The pool was excellent with plenty of sun loungers. I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area. I would have liked coffee facilities in the room.

The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was truly great with very tasty dishes and high‑quality ingredients. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The pool was OK, and the towel service was highly appreciated. The only issue was the tiny new… the cocktails… the Negroni I drank left a lot to be desired—much better was the house limoncello. Next time I’ll know what to order.
