“Fabulous place to stay on edge of park. Great hospitality, lovely feel to the place”
The setting was beautiful, the rooms lovely, and it felt like staying in a friend’s castle—great for kids too.

The proximity to the ancient site of Butrint was a highlight.

The hotel is located right in the Butrint park, the building is historic and very beautiful. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful, and breakfast starts at 110 and is praised. I would watch the details more closely: short or missing shower curtains, a rusty toilet paper dispenser, no shower mat, poor room lighting, and a moldy smell. It seems the whole owner family, including small children, lives there, so I wouldn’t leave the chaos of toys and unfinished baby food around because it gives the impression of poor hotel care. A little change would really shift the perception of this property, which, once cared for, is unique.

Clean and friendly staff, quiet and peaceful at night with beautiful surroundings, but during the day the coach stop for tours to Butrint makes it crowded and noisy.

A quiet spot next to the site to visit, a very spacious room, good meals and breakfast, a little rustic but not bothersome.
