The location is spot on, in Esperanza and close to the beach. The facilities are well maintained and spotless, with comfortable common areas. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel goggles, a mini‑fridge… and the staff are very friendly (I had to sort out a reservation issue and they handled it smoothly). The room has air conditioning, is tidy, the bed is comfy and everything is clean. Everything was perfect; maybe the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger, but otherwise nothing else.

“Una estancia encantadora, llena de pequeños detalles”

The house feels very welcoming and is full of little touches that make the stay special. We loved the terrace, the coffee maker, the great beach towels and the outdoor kitchen area. Everything was well cared for and we had a genuinely positive experience. The kitchen could use better equipment and maybe a refresh, and the location isn’t the most central, but that didn’t pose a significant problem for us.

The owner was very friendly and let me check in early, which I appreciated a lot. The check‑in system is also very convenient and simple. I’m sad to say that, despite the owner’s kindness, I wouldn’t recommend the place because I didn’t feel comfortable. The fridge door was rusted, the countertop and table were sticky, the bathroom felt awkward, and the location wasn’t to my liking.
