I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and easily accessible this property was, making it perfect for exploring the Des Moines area. My room was also incredibly quiet, and the bar/restaurant area was lovely, with a great evening meal to boot. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, exceeding my expectations in terms of quality and variety. However, the bathroom design left a lot to be desired, with no door for privacy and poor noise suppression in the shower area.

“My first time in Iowa. And will stay here again”

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's many amenities, including free parking and a delicious breakfast. The hotel was also spotless, with a cleanliness that was evident throughout my stay. In short, I loved everything about this hotel, and I'm still searching for a reason to criticize it – but I'm struggling to find one.

“comfortable and appealing”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a few minor issues. The cleanliness and amenities, including a delicious breakfast, were top-notch. The evening staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast staff were equally impressive. However, I did encounter some problems with the elevator, which broke down during my stay, and an emergency light that flashed intermittently all night, which was a bit disconcerting given its proximity to my bed.
