“Pobyt z dużym dyskomfortem”
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning—that’s probably its only plus. A very nice owner—I emphasize the *male* owner, unlike the extremely unpleasant female owner. The location is okay, though unfortunately not very safe after dark. It is very close to a shop. Apartament wyposażony w klimatyzację – to chyba jego jedyny plus. Bardzo miły właściciel – podkreślam mężczyzna, w przeciwieństwie do skrajnie niemiłej właścicielki. Lokalizacja ok, choć po zachodzie słońca niestety niezbyt bezpieczna. Bardzo blisko do sklepu. An incredibly rude owner who seems to be in the wrong line of work. When asked if it was possible to at least drop off luggage before check-in time, she replied that they don't offer luggage storage (!). Things only went downhill from there. The day before arrival, a threat was issued: if there were any issues with the documents (though it wasn't specified what exactly), the guests would be denied entry to the apartment and the reservation cancelled. In other words, the guests would be left stranded on the street with their suitcases in a foreign, not-so-safe city. And the icing on the cake: I was informed that the "host is under no obligation to correspond in English," so he chose to write in Italian and told me to use a translation tool. All in all, if you want to be sure that some "imaginary problem" won't crop up on the day of arrival—leading the host to cancel your booking at the last minute—you’d be better off looking for somewhere else.
