“Un espacio para disfrutar, sin lujos, y tranquilo.”
The atmosphere is very private. There are no places to have breakfast nearby, but that’s not the host’s fault.

The host’s service was very good, and it’s close to the San Juan market; you can walk to the cathedral and have everything you need at hand. The only downside is there’s no parking; you have to park on the street. The area is quiet, so I had no problems overall and felt very comfortable.

The location is okay and the owner’s communication was fine. The bathroom shares a room with the toilet, so after a shower the floor gets completely wet. New towels should be purchased.

It’s a 10‑minute walk from the city center, and there’s an Oxxo next door for an early coffee. I received the keys at the storage room next door. I met the owner for five minutes at 9 pm; she was friendly. The whole room had a bad smell—blankets, a book, everything smelled bad. I only saw three cats, and I couldn’t access the kitchen; everything was messy, the bathroom was very small, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work well. The house is surrounded by two busy streets with a lot of traffic and noise. It was a disappointing surprise! The price is cheap, which I understand.

I was delighted by the privacy in both my room and bathroom.
