The room was a disaster—black mold on the roof, water everywhere, bed soaked. The staff gave me a full refund, so at least that part was handled.
“Good stay just some minor things”
The place is in a lovely area, room huge, shower good, beds comfy, natural light great. But the kitchen looked different, the cleaner came early and I was confused, the windows were small, fly screen broken, fan useless, mold in bathroom, towels smelled like bleach. Overall, a decent stay with a few annoying details.

The location in Pymble is great and the price is solid for an ensuite. The room was decent for the cost, but the cleaner woke us early, the bathroom wasn't clean, no bath mat, shared with 8 others, noisy, electric locks loud, common areas messy, window stuck with bushes. Good for a cheap night, but not for a longer stay.
