The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the view was unbelievably good. I’d definitely come back if I visit again. The spa was also fantastic. It was the best accommodation I stayed in during my ten days in Italy; thanks a lot to the staff. The only downside was the lack of a minibar, but otherwise there were no flaws.

The room offered enough storage space for a multi‑day stay, plenty of hanging spots in the wardrobe. Even though it wasn’t very large, the layout made us feel comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent and the windows provide great sound insulation.

Excellent hotel! Great location, clean and cozy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms had a great view. Breakfast was top class. The beds are a little hard and the pillows too flat, but that’s a personal preference.

המיקום ממש כמה דקות ממרכז העיר, מרפסות מהחדרים שפונות לנחל. לצערי התאכזבנו מהשהייה שלנו. המלון מעט מיושן בעיצוב שלו וזה משפיע גם על החדרים שהדברים שם מרגישים ישנים ולא מפנקים. ריח לא נעים מהמסדרונות. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית. הצוות לא היה נחמד ומסביר פנים. בנוסף, לא עודכנו שיש שירות נקיון בשעות הערב, ומנקה נכנסה אלינו לחדר לנקות בזמן שהיינו במקלחת (ללא דפיקה/התראה מוקדמת)
