I had an incredible time at this hotel, which boasts an amazing location and wonderful staff who are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautifully situated, with a supermarket just a 15-minute walk away and a kitchen for guests to use. I also appreciated the opportunity to explore San Carlos, which involved a scenic hike to discover other beaches and village amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. The location is stunning, with a beautiful beach that's perfect for relaxation. However, the hostel itself is very basic and lacks hot water, which was a bit of a letdown. The adjacent restaurant is good but pricey, and its limited hours of operation - it closes at 18:00, which is inconvenient for guests who want to enjoy a meal or drink later in the evening.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was marred by poor communication. I traveled from afar, only to find out that they were undergoing maintenance and couldn't accommodate me, despite my reservation being confirmed. I had to scramble to find alternative lodging, which was challenging since everything was booked up.
