駅から近い、スタッフの対応がいい. ブッキングドットコムで予約した時に、禁煙と喫煙の表示がなかったから全部禁煙だと思ってた！ 廊下、部屋がタバコ臭くフロントに問い合わせたら喫煙ルームだった。 他の部屋空いてなくてそのまま寝たが臭いがきつかった。 フロントで予約確認した時にでも喫煙、禁煙での予約かの確認して欲しいと感じた。 喫煙だったらその部屋の予約はしてなかった。

They gave me a Yakult bottle as a welcome drink even though I hadn’t ordered any. Coffee and other drinks were always available in paper cups. The front desk staff were polite. The smoking room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned; I wondered if that’s normal for a smoking room. Some guests can’t find any other rooms, so they’re stuck there. The cigarette smell stuck to my clothes and was awful. The deodorizing spray was low, the air‑con made noise, there was dust on the bedside table, and the carpet had stains—none of these were acceptable. During breakfast, the staff’s interaction with guests was rude, and when someone tried to eat at the first‑floor breakfast area, the floor was still being swept. It felt selfish and unhygienic. The staff didn’t seem to realize that the dining area was the hotel’s, not a local cafeteria. If a guest forgets to say their room number, the staff should ask “What’s your room number?” instead of snarkily saying “Please call the display.” The display was hard to see. On top of that, the plate for serving food had hair on it, so I had to wipe it off with a handkerchief. Everything was unpleasant. This was the first time I felt this way. I’ve stayed at many hotels before and never gave a rating below three stars. Even after reading previous reviews, it seems nothing has changed. It feels like they’re watching people who are paying for a stay because prices are high. They should fix the rooms before giving out Yakult. The most important things are room setup, cleaning, and staff training.
