“Unfortunately, this is the last time I will be staying at this location.”
There wasn’t anything I liked about my experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the inappropriate and negative attitude the front desk representative displayed toward all the guests in the lobby area. Her energy was way “off” and I was embarrassed for her…
“Very bad customer service”
I booked in advance and once I was on my way (hours away) I was sent and email/txt saying they had overbooked and I should find another place. Very very bad customer service. Very bad customer service
The check-in process went smoothly, with no issues. However, less than 20 minutes after arriving in my room, I found cockroaches—including some near the trash can. I killed them and initially gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but more kept appearing in different areas of the room, even on the bed. At that point, I was no longer comfortable staying there, so I went to the front desk to check out, but there was no one there to assist me. I then tried to cancel to get a refund, but I received no response
The staff. The bed was hard
