Located in central Llanes, Las Rocas sits two minutes’ walk from Puerto Chico Beach and offers rooms with expansive sea‑view windows overlooking the Cantabrian coast and marina. Classic décor features dark wood furniture, carpeted floors, flat‑screen TVs, and private bathrooms with baths or showers.

The location is good. A few days before arrival I called to confirm the booking and they said they couldn’t tell me because of some law; I told them I would provide the details and just confirm. Anyway, the service at the hotel was very good.

The location wasn’t bad and it was clean even though the carpet is 50 years old and very worn. The hotel is the most shabby I’ve ever seen. They put H*** on the sign, but I don’t think it’s even a cheap hostel. The price they charge isn’t worth it. Everything feels totally old and obsolete: the building, the facilities, and the people running it. The photos are doctored, not real, taken with a fisheye lens, and the room is tiny; notice there are no bathroom photos (I took my own). Thermal insulation is nonexistent, we were very cold (17/10/2026) and the acoustics were worse—every conversation from adjacent rooms and the street could be heard. Breakfast was very expensive and scant. I’ll never return and I do NOT recommend it to ANYONE.

The location was excellent and the view pleasant. The room matched the pictures when I booked and every staff member was very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of noise at times, but not enough to worry us.
