The room was large, comfortable, the beds were excellent, and the staff were super friendly. I wish there had been breakfast.

I especially recommend it for those who want to walk around Rome; it’s very close to the Vatican. Our room was spacious, the staff were polite and helpful, and we made use of the kettle, oven, and iron in the shared area. Thanks. The room was on the 2nd floor and the building’s old elevator wasn’t working, so I had a bit of trouble getting the balcony out.

Strategic location. The only downside was that there was no mirror; otherwise everything was fine.

The accommodation was very well located and easy to access. First, they changed our pre‑assigned room, claiming it was defective, and gave us another room that had a sofa bed instead of a proper bed (comfortable, but not a bed). On the second day the electronic lock broke and we had to wait for someone to fix it because we couldn’t get into our room. On the third day, after a hot morning, we tried to take a shower to cool off but couldn’t because a plumber was doing maintenance on the building’s plumbing. On the bright side, the staff were always very friendly despite the room issues.
