The view and the host were fantastic! It was very warm and there was no air‑conditioning (but you live outside, so you’ll survive 😄).

Fantastic pool, a spacious terrace for the apartment, and roomy bedrooms. It’s located between Pisa/Livorno and Florence, and 5‑10 car minutes from villages with amenities. Note that the access road is steep with a few sharp turns, but it’s not too long. Electric cooking isn’t always very practical, and a coffee maker would have been nice. There’s no air‑conditioning yet, but it will be installed later.

Breakfasts on the weekend were well prepared by Monica, and the meals were served with care. The pool is beautiful, though a bit hard to reach. The rooms are spacious. The host was attentive and gentle. The red wine and olive oil from the estate were excellent. The windows have mosquito nets. Mosquitoes are present, but unavoidable in this lovely area—bring repellant. A small effort to make the path to the pool shorter would be appreciated.

“Bella struttura nel cuore della Toscana”

The atmosphere, the building, the cleanliness and the staff’s friendliness all impressed me. The only drawback was that the phone network was practically unreachable from the property.
