The place sits just steps from the great Real Bosco di Capodimonte, which also includes the Capodimonte Palace/museum, and only 200 m from the Royal Capodimonte Observatory. The setting is calm, away from the heavy traffic of downtown Naples. Public transport is served by a taxi parking area and the C63 line (service starting May 2025). You just need to walk to the intersection of Via Capodimonte and Via Miano, about 500 m away, where a bus stop with many lines takes you to the city centre, the metro, and the train station. The host’s special welcome and willingness to meet any need were also appreciated.

The host was friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, the forest was just a short walk away, and fresh orange juice every morning. The downside was the uphill walk from the centre to return, but there are several buses (C63, 168, 204) that get you there in 15 minutes.
