Beyond being clean and very pleasant, with excellent breakfast and in a good neighborhood, the hotel’s exceptional quality comes mainly from the staff’s kindness. Everyone is always super helpful and welcoming, and a special shout‑out to Ana, who was essential and supportive for our trip!

We felt very comfortable and were very satisfied with the service. When it was quite cold, the staff brought us a hot water bottle without us asking. They also always arranged a taxi to the airport whenever we needed one. Warm water is available and the bed is comfortable. The location is great, with several restaurants and supermarkets right nearby. We booked here three times and were able to store part of our luggage here between stays at no extra charge. However, it is very noisy, so we were often woken by sirens or barking dogs, and the room is a bit cool.
