The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location and decor of the property were stunning, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. However, the mattress was a bit of a letdown - it was time for a replacement.

I've gotta say, this place really delivered on all fronts. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the cleanliness and modernity of the facilities - it felt like a 5-star hotel without the hefty price tag. The food was top-notch, with a great selection of options to suit all tastes, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met.

We had the most incredible time at Mahasu House in Mashobra, and it's a place that will forever be etched in our memories. The property was a winter wonderland in December 2024, with snow covering every inch of it - it was truly breathtaking. The staff and owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home, from arranging a pickup for us when the snow got too thick to helping us book cabs for nearby attractions.

This place is perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was a highlight, with the staff going out of their way to accommodate our requests and preferences. However, there was one quirky thing that caught my eye - the washer jet spray in the bathroom was positioned on the left side, which felt a bit off-center. Overall, the staff's flexibility and the tasty breakfast made up for the minor oddity.

I stumbled upon a hidden gem in Mashobra, a tranquil retreat that's a world away from Shimla's chaos. The property's got a fairytale quality to it, with lush greenery and beautifully manicured lawns that'll transport you to a children's storybook. The staff here are absolute angels, always smiling and going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.
