The spot is great, especially the lounge on the 26th floor, but the laundry area is way too tiny for a hotel that big, and the bathroom setup isn’t very practical.

The place feels brand‑new and roomy, and the park right outside is perfect for kids; the breakfast buffet was tasty too, making it a totally worth‑while family‑friendly stay.

The floor‑to‑ceiling windows on the top level offered gorgeous views, day or night, and made it easy to unwind, while the breakfast was tasty and the lobby felt clean and comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the hotel isn’t right in the bustling centre, so getting to the station or shopping areas took about ten minutes.

The breakfast featured several Hokkaido‑style items and was a real treat. There were no drawbacks at all, and I’d love to stay there again.
