The location is great, but the noise at night is pretty intense, making it honestly one of the worst places I’ve stayed in London. The rooms were also super noisy and the toilets were very dirty.

It’s clean, but the customer service is lacking. I normally leave positive reviews for this hostel, but today the staff were rude and appalling, leaving me very disappointed.

The staff were very welcoming! I might have added a few more bathrooms and showers.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the accommodation is clean, the kitchen is available, and there’s plenty of variety. Bus and Tube are right nearby.
