I liked that it was in the city centre, but the façade looked a bit rundown, the floor creaked loudly, the door and staircase were too low, and the breakfast was disappointing—too little meat and cheese, the hard‑boiled eggs were almost raw and hard to peel, and the coffee was terribly bad.

The owner was friendly and the breakfast was decent, but the room was very small, the terrace was uninviting, and the garden furniture was very old—still acceptable for the price.

The hotel sits very centrally yet quietly in the heart of the old town, a fridge is available for guests to keep chilled drinks, and billing is done on a trust basis; the hostess is very nice and served us a lovely breakfast in the breakfast room.
