I tried to contact the hotel via phone, but no one ever answered. It was really frustrating not being able to get in touch with anyone, especially when I had questions or concerns. I guess that's just part of the experience with some hotels, but it's definitely not ideal.

I'm still waiting to receive my invoice from the hotel, which is a bit annoying. I've had to follow up multiple times, but so far, nothing has arrived. I hope they get their act together and send it over soon.
