I liked the room layout, the location, and the jacuzzi. The pool water was really cold, so it wasn’t enjoyable. The pillows were nice but far too soft.

The property is oceanfront and offers a free breakfast that is the positives but nothing stands out from other hotels in the area. The check in staff were rude, early check in of the hour was met with a $30 charge even though the room was already ready, I didn’t may this and went grocery shopping instead, I couldn’t enjoy my free breakfast in my room or outside. It had to stay within the breakfast area. We are not children and this is uncalled for. The bathroom vent didn’t work, there’s not any available coffee except the awful room coffee, until breakfast opens at 730

It was a nice place to stay, rooms were nice beautiful view. Some people came late into the next room down joining ours and we could hear everything they were saying, walls definitely not sound proof
