The location was fabulous 👌, the amenities were fine, and you should definitely visit the nearby spot. The room size and facilities didn’t quite meet my expectations, but they weren’t terrible.

It sits in the uluppuni off‑road hill tea garden. People come from Vagamon city by jeep safari to get there. The climate is good, and it’s cloudy. The electricity cuts out, and there’s no kitchen.

Staff were really helpful when I first arrived, but then I had some issues with my room and it took ages to get anything sorted. The service was pretty bad overall - when I asked for help, it felt like no one was really listening. Not great, especially since the problems didn't get fixed quickly.
