Its a SCAM! Wish I had seen the last review first. Almost same exact thing happened to me. Didn't respond to requests on how to check in. Tried WhatsApp - got a few short texts saying "closed" and "cancel". I guess this is their way of making you cancel so it looks like to that the guest is at fault. We drove to the property and it doesnt exist. We know Bali well and were 100% in the location listed. The other side and only possible other place it may have been, is a construction site. Beware – do not book this place! We needed a villa for two nights on short notice and booked it a day before arrival. On the day of arrival I called the host around 11 am to ask if early check‑in around 2 pm was possible. No response. We arrived by traffic at about 3 pm, within the normal check‑in window. First, we had to ask the taxi driver to find the entrance. When we finally stood in front of the door it was locked. We rang and knocked repeatedly, but no one opened it. My calls and messages to the host were unanswered. The taxi driver also tried and failed. Shortly after the host blocked me on WhatsApp – after that I couldn’t reach him at all. At that point we realized we were being left stranded. It was already 5 pm, we were on the street with a child and didn’t know what to do. After a long search we found another accommodation and left. The host then claimed we never arrived and cancelled the booking. We received a 15 € refund. I reported the incident that same day to Booking with screenshots of my call logs and WhatsApp messages. Weeks later they contacted me and offered a flat 25 € compensation, saying I was at fault because I “didn’t show up”. I recounted the whole incident again, but as of a week later I still haven’t heard back from Booking. Even though I don’t expect a full refund, it’s clear to me that this was my last booking through…

The villa is clean, has good Wi‑Fi, and a great pool. It sits in the heart of Canggu and isn’t noisy, which makes things easier. A cozy short stay and we might come again next time.

We moved from another villa that didn’t meet expectations to this beautiful villa, which was clean and tidy. We have a baby, so hygiene is very important for us. They had a good, comfortable bed and solid Wi‑Fi. The pool was awesome. Overall a nice experience.
