Conveniently near the airport, with a Lawson next to the main lobby reception. The layout was confusing; everything from reception to checkout was automated, so you had to handle the details yourself. Employees were in front of you but only spoke about check‑in procedures. This was the most confusing layout I’ve ever experienced. Amenities like shampoo were wall‑mounted, but pajamas had to be brought from the first floor.

It’s close to the airport, so I’d stay again if I needed a spot before a flight, but nothing else. The bed was awful, like sleeping on a box spring; only one pillow, the room was dusty, the bathrooms were very dated, the front desk staff weren’t very helpful, and the cleaning crew was the only decent part.

The room I got was on the fourth floor and smelled strongly of cigarettes; when we arrived around midnight, the staff was unwilling to help, making it the most terrible night I have stayed in Japan. I do not recommend
