“It was perfect for me and my budget! Clean and affordable!”
The place was very clean and affordable, yet it was incredibly noisy; you could hear your neighbors with ease.

Marcella at the front desk was sweet, but everything else was awful: the property was poorly maintained, the floors felt like they might give way, the A/C smelled of mold, the sink was damaged, the cabinets had no doors, the mattress was lumpy, the sheets had holes, the walls looked like they had fences smeared on them, the ceiling had a layer of dirt, and the paint was stained and peeling—just gross.

There was nothing positive to mention; the bathroom had no toilet paper, and attempts to call the front desk were futile because the phone system was bad and no one was at the desk after hours. The bathroom only had one small soap for two people, the kitchenette was useless unless you paid $50 for pots and pans (which wasn’t disclosed), the room was low‑standard with no lamp or hangers, and the overall value was poor.

The stove, fridge, and microwave were fine, but the place was very dirty and smelled bad.

The price for the area and how close it was to Bay St and River Streey. The halls were not taken care of, needed vacuuming, chipped pain on carpet, the cabinets were extremely out dated like 90s even. The best of neighborhood, but I felt safe
