The breakfast was very good and the location of the property was excellent, but the double bed was short and not suitable for people of medium height, which was the only flaw.
The location was wonderful and the lady was very courteous, but there was no air conditioning.

The Mirandolina inn sits in a prime spot, right in Tuscania’s historic centre and just a few metres from a small park that offers a lovely view. The rooms and whole place are uniquely decorated and very pleasant, giving it a romantic, special feel. Breakfast is excellent, and the host lady is very kind and helpful. There’s also a parking spot very close to the building, which is a huge benefit since the historic centre is closed. In short, if you want to explore Tuscania with its lavender and sights, I strongly recommend this inn.
Even though I had paid for breakfast, I was told upon arrival that, because there was only one guest, I would not receive breakfast. I was directed to the nearest bar and given a few polite remarks. The room did not have a hair dryer, and given the price I expected more.
