I loved how cozy the place felt and its location was spot on, with nothing to complain about.

When we got there, the owner blamed a platform glitch, but it was actually the lights festival in Antigua and the hotel was fully booked; he left us stranded and tried to charge us more, forcing us to wander the town for a place to stay – a terrible experience.
The booking system was a nightmare – they told me 12 hours before arrival that there was no availability, claimed it was a mistake, and then couldn't accommodate me at all.
