Everything was great except how the morning shift staff behaved; we asked him if coffee could be brought to our room, he looked at us and ignored us!
They cancelled my stay at 19:40 while I was on the road, so I didn’t have time to find another place; the service was terrible. They still didn’t want to cancel my reservation.

I can’t say much positive—just that I could order iFood to the room. The service was awful: no extra sheets, no hygiene kit, the room feels like a motel converted to a hotel with a ceiling mirror, no cable TV, the air conditioner didn’t work, the shower didn’t heat up, the blanket was ultra‑thin, and breakfast was just two buttered breads, a weak coffee with milk, two plain crackers, and two tiny “tody”‑style pastries—hilarious.
It was simple but it was fine. The furniture was old and broken, so we had to switch rooms because the bathroom wasn’t working.
