The huts are beautiful with views of the tea fields. The bathrooms were quite basic, especially considering the high price.

I loved everything about Nziza. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and walking around the tea plantation was a treat. The food was delicious and the packed breakfast was perfect. The only thing I would add is a lit fireplace; we didn’t realize how cold it could get. The showers were warm and the view was spectacular. We will stay here again.

The location is unbeatable. The staff make so much noise until 3 am that it’s impossible to sleep. The huts are made of poor material. The tents have long been depreciated. It’s too expensive for the quality, though the location is very good. Nonetheless, it’s a poorly managed mess.
