“AVOID This Hotel at All Costs”
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. As two women with large suitcases, we received no assistance from the two men at the reception desk, and had to haul our bags up three flights of stairs without an elevator. To make matters worse, the lock on our room door was jammed, and we had to go back down to get a receptionist to let us in.
“A Complete Disaster”
I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which seemed to be lacking in even the most basic amenities. The room was dirty, with unwashed bedding and a musty smell, and the bathroom was essentially non-existent, with no door for privacy and a dirty bathtub. To top it all off, there was no heating, and the TV and lighting were both faulty - I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not to solo female travelers.

To make matters worse, the heating didn't work, and I was subjected to a surprise "animation" at 4:30 am. The receptionist got into a loud argument with a drunk person, and there was no effort to make things right. I have many more complaints, but I'll stop here before I get too worked up.
