I gave it a 3 for the warm croissants at breakfast. Nothing good to say about this place—it's a 40‑year‑old spot that hasn't been renovated. Air conditioning is optional. The refrigerators are just for show, no outlets. I do not recommend this location.

Perfect location, the room is quite spacious, and breakfast is abundant and good. The toilet and shower are in the same spot, the shower curtain makes you splash everywhere and I had to ask for a mop to dry off, the bathroom has no window, and the drying rack outside the window is non‑existent—where do you hang a wet swimsuit in a seaside area?

Excellent value for money! Breakfast was great, especially the warm, freshly baked croissants—I had two and wished I had four! The place is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and it was the first time during our Italy trip that we slept so well. The owners are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was very clean, with crisp white linens and plenty of towels. The stone bathrooms are a lovely feature, hot water was always available, and the new air conditioning worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the balcony. A big plus is the private, secure parking. The property could use some renovation and modernization, as it has a lot of potential. With a little investment, this place could truly come back to life and become special. Overall, a very pleasant stay and fantastic value.
