I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this hotel. They failed to honor the breakfast deal I paid for, despite having my confirmation ready, which felt like a complete scam. The staff was also uncooperative and unwilling to help resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the room was poorly maintained and didn't meet basic cleanliness standards. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel due to their lack of interest in guest satisfaction and failure to honor bookings.

“Nice!”
