The location is good, close to the highway, but the room was dirty, only one small towel for two people, and several people were around the check‑in machine. At 1 am there were no staff, only one person with a list of guests to check in, which felt unsafe.

I paid for two reservations (two rooms on the same dates with the same name) and still haven’t received a response to my complaint; there were two fire alarms triggered by cigarette smoke—perhaps a single alarm in the smoking room would suffice without alarming everyone else! A “olé olé” person laughed during the alarm, saying “it’s nothing, just a cigarette, go back to bed,” and at 23:30 it was difficult to fall asleep again.
