“Nice spot, we would consider staying there another time.”

The location worked for us. The room was very clean and supplied plenty of basics like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and cream, and it was very quiet that night. It would have been better if there were a place to eat either inside the hotel or nearby, because we had to drive a long way to find food.

“MY STAY WAS DRASTICALLY SHORT OF MY EXPECTATION. PLEASE CONSIDER MY CREDIT CARD REFUND REQUEST.”

The room was clean and the front‑desk staff were excellent, and the hotel was quiet. Yet the booking site claimed there would be a hot‑tub pool and a restaurant, but the hotel was under major renovation and none of those amenities were available. The front‑desk clerk offered a $30.00 discount if we had booked directly, but because we used the booking site we were ineligible. As BCAA (AAA) members, we expected the front desk to match the pricing. We would really appreciate a $30 refund due to the hotel’s condition during renovations, not another voucher that expires in a month. Please credit the amount to the credit card used for the reservation. This is the last time we’ll use that booking site when it offers a better discount. Please consider our request.

“Nichts, wenn man in Ruhe schlafen möchte”

The fridge in the room was a plus, but the hotel feels worn out and outdated; back in the 1950s it must have been a hit. The pool was closed, and sleeping was impossible because every guest’s footsteps could be heard—it's extremely sound‑prone.

We were close to where we needed to be and it was quiet, but the pool was down for repairs.
