The location is good, within walking distance of the center, and it’s quiet; the front garden is messy with a car wreck and trash.

I slept in a very comfortable bed and the location was spot on.

The place has a great location and good value for money in Tbilisi. The rooms on Booking looked a bit like a lottery, so I wrote to the hotel ahead of time and asked to be sure I’d get the exact room I booked, a loft. They replied everything would be as booked, and in the end I was indeed checked into that room—thanks for that. Overall it was clean and comfortable. The smells were fine too: no tobacco, no overpowering artificial scents, the linen felt normal, no synthetic feel or strong fragrances. There were no major downsides. I’d just advise other guests to confirm the exact room type in advance because the Booking descriptions can be unclear about which room you’ll get.

Breakfast was good, but there wasn’t enough kids’ food. Breakfast starts at 8 am, so sometimes we were on a trip and couldn’t eat because it began earlier. I liked the location near the metro station and the park beside the hotel where you can enjoy the evening and also a nearby restaurant. The water in the shower was unavailable for almost 2.5 days, so I couldn’t shower or even wash my face properly, which was very inconvenient. My room was on the top floor, and because of the sloped roof the ceiling was quite low; I hit my head several times when getting out of bed. The shower and toilet were in a very small space. Every time I showered, water spread all over the bathroom floor, creating a slipping hazard, and I had to clean it up myself after each shower to avoid falling. There is no kettle in the room, and there was no water in the room, which is strange for a hotel; maybe I should drink from the tub.
