I liked the place, and it was my tenth stay at Ixora Hotel, yet the room was hot and the AC barely worked; maintenance fixed it for about 30 minutes, but by 2 am it was still warm—this is the second time the AC hasn't cooled properly, room 921.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and excellent, the pool was great with a lounge area, parking was easy, and the surrounding area wasn’t crowded at all—truly the best.

I like the ambience.I love the hospitality of the staff ,and also how they welcome their guests by placing apples for the guests to take. The small swimming pools which can't accommodate that many guests.The pools are crowded
