The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of dishes, and the spa was easily accessible; the room was spacious and very clean. The massage therapist was friendly but didn’t really know what he was doing, just patting; the selection of free dishes, especially desserts, should be expanded.

We stayed a second time at the Colosseum Hotel and everything was perfect again – the staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms spotless, and the food varied and delicious. I had let them know about a special dietary need beforehand and they handled it flawlessly; even if I hadn’t, there were still options for guests with food intolerances, which is a huge plus. A special shout‑out to the hotel manager for the thoughtful surprise in the room for my husband’s birthday. The wellness centre staying open until 22 o’clock is a brilliant idea.
