I couldn’t buy a ticket for the bus, so I booked this place last minute. Every sign was a ruin, I searched all day and found no sign at all, the phone was unreachable, and no messages were returned; I had to leave and change hotels, and they wouldn’t refund me. Absolutely avoid this place.

I had an amazing stay at Marsiamo in Marsa Alam; honestly, it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I only stayed one day, but everything surpassed my expectations. The place was extremely clean, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which made the visit even better. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marsa Alam ❤️🔥
The owner is kind and very helpful. We asked him many questions and he gave us good advice. The accommodation offers great value for money and the bed was comfortable. Some equipment was missing (especially in the kitchen: a pan, bowls, etc.) and the bathroom was inconvenient (low water pressure and no shower curtain).

The accommodation was large and had everything you need: kitchen, air‑conditioning, a big living room with sofas, and a bathroom with hot water. The owner was very friendly, helped us with everything, and even invited us to eat. It’s close to the city center. The stove in the kitchen didn’t work and there was no cutlery, but the owner fixed that.
