“Very good”
Very good arrangement, but the facilities were lacking.
Breakfast never arrived, the wash‑basin was filthy, rats were present, the phone didn’t work, and the room‑service staff behaved unprofessionally.
The place looked nothing like the photos on the booking site, and the location didn’t match what Google Maps showed.
