The guesthouse is extremely convenient, right next to the train station that links to major sights and transport hubs. There are plenty of supermarkets in town. The staff were friendly and the breakfast met my expectations.

I just love this place. Everything is nice. On the ground floor there’s a restaurant, breakfast is included in the booking, and I tried dinner here, also really nice. The place is super near Wilderswil station, where you catch the train to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Interlaken Ost, or get on the Schynige Platte train, there’s also a bus stop nearby. I got a single room with a shared bathroom; the room was spacious for one and cozy. Nothing! Everything just perject.

The hotel’s location is fantastic; it is very close to the train station, making it easy to get anywhere from there. The hotel itself is nice and features an on-site restaurant. Breakfast was included in the price and was decent enough 👍 However, the hotel staff weren’t exactly polite (though certainly not all of them). I was met with a somewhat negative reaction when I asked a few questions during breakfast. Also, when checking out, I wanted to leave my suitcase for just three hours, but they refused, claiming they didn’t have the space—even though I feel they could have easily set aside a corner for luggage. Despite this, they wouldn’t take my bags. Ultimately, while the hotel itself is nice, interpersonal interactions matter to me; so, I regret to say that I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was clean and the pictures shown were the same as the actual. Staff were friendly and the location is just opposite the train station, which makes it even more convenient to travel around. First time in Switzerland and this made me feel great from the start. Overall a cosy place to stay in and the wonderful views.
