The parking was good and the staff were very responsive; when the A/C didn’t work in the first room we were quickly moved to a new room, but the beds were a little too hard and rough, the door was hard to shut and required pushing or pulling to close, the shower head was too wide and felt like only a few streams were on, the restroom vent was squeaky and didn’t work, the restroom was steamy when showering, and the other entry doors beside the front entrance had key access that didn’t work properly so anyone from the outside could bypass the front entrance.
