The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were reasonable. We were especially pleased with the seamless and good service for our gluten‑intolerant guest. We underestimated the noise level typical of a casino hotel.

The hotel rooms were very nice; thanks a lot to DJ Gökhan for the attention. I will definitely come back with my family soon and recommend this place to my friends. I’m also very grateful to the club manager Volkan Bey for his help.

Room service was amazing, the view special, the design beautiful and fabulous, and the casino huge and great. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the old town shopping area, and the streets around it are very dark at night.
