The rooms look nothing like the photos advertised. The staff assumed we were walk-in guests without even asking and locked the gate to the unit, which made us feel unsafe—as if they were worried we would leave without paying. I had to inform them that our stay was already fully paid the time we arrived. The facilities were very messy and quite dirty

I liked how much value the hotel offered and its location, and overall the stay was good; the bed was comfy and the shower delivered strong water pressure. The staff were mostly fine, but the front desk clerk seemed disoriented, as if she didn’t know how to handle bookings and didn’t expect us when we arrived.
