Very good welcome. A lovely typical house in a quiet village with a welcoming restaurant/pub and a very good air‑conditioned room.

The building feels warm and the host is welcoming. However, calling the breakfast “included” feels misleading because it’s just a fruit juice, a packaged brioche without an expiry date, and a machine‑made coffee. I wasn’t expecting an omelette, but at least a hot milk or toasted bread with jam would have been nicer.

The quality‑price ratio is unbeatable, and the person who manages the room is really cool. There’s even a shared kitchen with another room, and if you arrive in the evening don’t miss the café in the village where you can eat—though it’s closed on Mondays. We’re also close to Alba, Asti, and Casale Monferrato, with plenty of options for short hikes. We were very happy.

The place is simple but has everything you need. The owner was very kind and willing to accommodate every request. The room had a private bathroom. The owner also runs an Irish pub a few steps away; we dined there and had a great time: excellent beers, good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
